Rain and Cancellation Policy

At Eagles Tennis, we aim to keep things simple, flexible, and affordable—while making sure you get the best possible tennis experience, even when the weather doesn't cooperate.

Regular Clinics (Non-Summer Camps)

We want to keep our pricing low and accessible, so instead of raising rates, we’re adjusting how we handle rainouts:

• One rain cancellation per session will not be made up.
  This helps us keep prices down while still offering high-quality clinics.

• More than one cancellation?
  • If more than one class in a session is canceled due to rain or any other reason, we’ll do our best to offer a makeup within the same session.
  • If a makeup can’t be scheduled, we’ll issue a credit that can be used toward a future session.

• Rain during class:

• If we’ve completed at least half the class before rain hits, the session is considered complete and will not be made up.
• If less than half is completed, we’ll schedule a makeup day for that class or issue a credit if we cannot make it up.

Summer Camps

We know many campers attend multiple days a week, so here’s how we handle weather cancellations based on how often you're signed up:

1–2 Days/Week Sign-Ups

• If a lesson is canceled due to rain, you’re welcome to attend an extra camp day later that same week at no extra cost.
  
  

3–4 Days/Week Sign-Ups
We guarantee at least three lessons per week:

• If one lesson is rained out, no makeup is needed—you still get three.

• If two lessons are rained out, we’ll schedule one makeup day.

• If three or more are canceled, we’ll schedule enough makeups to ensure you still complete three lessons total.
