What are Tennis-Focused Fitness Classes?

These classes are specially designed to complement your tennis training, focusing on enhancing your strength, agility, and speed, all while improving your overall fitness. We've carefully crafted these classes to provide a well-rounded athletic experience, including specific tennis fitness drills.


Who are they for?

These classes are for ages from 12 to Adult! (Note: we are considering offering babysitting services for $5 per class. If interested, please email me).


When do they take place?

The classes will be on Mondays from 3:30 - 4:20 and Fridays from 4:00 - 4:50 (New Time). Session 2 will start on Monday, 1/8/24 and go through Friday 2/2/24. This will be the second session of three. We will continue to offer these through the end of February. 


Where are the classes taking place?

We are so excited to be able to offer this fitness classes at one of the best fitness facilities on the east side: Athlete Instincts! They're located right next to Shooters in Loveland:  774 Loveland-Miamiville Rd, Loveland, OH 45140

Our experienced coaches, Paolo and Traci, will lead the sessions. Paolo brings his years of tennis expertise, while Traci's extensive fitness training background (certified fitness instructor for 10 years) ensures you get the best of both worlds.
